They guide users through the key concepts of “Chasing Glory,” “Revealed Glory,” “Reflecting Glory” and “Lasting Glory,” offering thought-provoking questions, relevant scripture and practical applications. Designed to be accessible and adaptable, the handbooks can be utilized by athletes and coaches at all levels to integrate faith into their sports journey and daily lives.
WARMUPS
The FCA Glory warmups are designed to prepare athletes and teams both spiritually and physically before practices, games, or workouts. These warmups integrate physical movement with faith-based reflection, encouraging participants to focus on God’s glory as they engage in their sport.
The warmups serve as a tool for coaches, captains, or team leaders to foster unity, encourage intentionality and set the tone for competition or training. Each warmup includes a scripture-based devotion, guided prayer and a physical activity component, helping athletes align their hearts and minds with their purpose in Christ. They can be used in team huddles, pre-game rituals or as part of a regular training routine to reinforce the 2025 FCA theme, “Glory.”
